Space Rental Membership

Tier 1: Explorer Pass

  • 5 Space Rental Hours/Month – ($625 value)

  • Get 1 comp hour/event for set-up + clean-up per event ($125 value)

  • Priority Booking - get first-access to the schedule as soon as it opens

  • Gear Up for the Journey – Wi-Fi, hot/cold water dispenser, wellness props, tables & chairs, sound system, projector, and cozy seating. ($220 value)

  • Adventure Refresh - Cleaning fee of $125 applies only to high-impact events (food, crafts, large groups). Low-impact events are fee-free with a simple reset. ($150 value)

  • Map Your Path – Get your events listed in Magic Hour’s monthly newsletter

  • Extra hours charged at $50/hour. (58% discount on hourly rental fee)

Membership Cost: $275/month (up to $995 value). $50 Off first month for Early Bird. 3-month contract.

Step 1: Studio Tour

Schedule your in-person studio tour & get all your questions answered.

Step 2: Apply

Apply by Wednesday, February 19, 2025, to claim your Early Bird discounts.

The final deadline to apply for the April–June membership cycle is Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

Step 3: Onboarding

Accepted applicants will get notified by Monday, March 3rd 2025. Bookings for Q2 (April-June) will be available by March 7th.
